Carter Towler reports success with York North units

Newly refurbished light industrial units at York North, are letting quickly following a comprehensive upgrade programme.

Property consultancy Carter Towler, acting for landlord Paloma II Unit Trust alongside joint agents JLL, reports strong occupier interest since the refurbishment works were completed.

Unit 3 has already been let to veterinary healthcare company Vetmedi as has Unit 18 to The Pickleball Shed, while Units 8 and 15 are currently under offer. A small number of units remain available, ranging in size from 1,000 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft.

All vacant units on the estate have been fully refurbished as part of a wider programme of improvements, which has also included new signage, enhanced security and upgrades to the building elevations to improve the overall appearance of the scheme.

Set within a secure gated estate, the units provide modern industrial accommodation constructed with steel portal frames with brick and metal-clad elevations, and separate personnel access. They are suitable for a range of light industrial uses.

York North is located around five miles from York Outer Ring Road, at Goose Lane in Sutton-on-the-Forest.
